Privacy

This notice explains how TbleTop.ai collects, uses and shares personal information, and how you can reach us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), including APP 1 (open and transparent management) and APP 5 (notice at the point of collection). It covers the three ways details reach the platform: a host adding you to a session, you taking part in a session, and holding an account.

If a host added you to a session

A session host may provide your name and an email address or mobile number so we can send you a personal link to join their session and, afterwards, your own results from it. Where your details were given to us by the host rather than by you, we use them only for those purposes for this session. If you would prefer not to be contacted, use the unsubscribe link in any message from us, or speak to the host who invited you.

When you take part in a session

When you take part, we collect the display name you enter and your responses to the exercise activities — polls, quizzes and discussion answers — along with an email address or mobile number if you choose to verify one. Your responses build your personal results summary, and they are shared with your session facilitator so they can assess how the group performed and plan any follow-up with you or your organisation.

If you verify an email address, we'll send your personal results report after the session — you can opt out of that at the time, or unsubscribe later. If you choose instead to receive your results by email after the session, we'll use the address you provide at that point.

If you have an account

If you create an account to build and run sessions, we collect the details you provide to sign in and operate the service — such as your email address and the content of the sessions you create — and use them to provide, secure and support your account.

Who we share it with

We don't share your details beyond the platform and, for session responses, your facilitator. We use trusted service providers to operate the platform (for example to send email and SMS and to host data), who process information only on our instructions. We don't sell your personal information.

Keeping your information, and removing it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then remove or de-identify it. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed — reply to any email from us, speak to your facilitator, or contact us using the details below.
